Bingo card downloads
Biraea can generate beautiful, print-ready bingo cards from your Baby Bingo game. Each card has a unique shuffle of your items, so no two guests have the same card. Print them ahead of time and hand them out at your shower for a classic, hands-on game experience.
What you get
Biraea generates 5x5 bingo cards with a warm, elegant design that matches the Biraea look and feel. Each card features:
- A unique arrangement of your bingo items -- every card is different, so the game plays fairly.
- A FREE space in the center with a heart decoration.
- A BINGO header across the top in a warm gradient.
- Print-quality resolution (~216 DPI) so cards look crisp on paper.
- Biraea branding in the footer, keeping everything polished.
You can download them as a single PDF (one card per page, easy to print all at once) or as a ZIP file of individual images.
Before you start
To generate bingo cards, you need a Baby Bingo game with at least 24 items. This is because each card has 25 cells (5 rows by 5 columns), and the center is the FREE space, leaving 24 cells that each need a unique item.
If you have not set up your bingo items yet, head to your Baby Bingo game and add them. You can use the premade items -- Biraea comes with 50 common baby shower items like "Someone says 'so cute!'" and "A onesie as a gift." Pick the ones that fit your shower and you will reach 24 in no time.
You need at least 24 items
The Bingo Cards button will only appear on your game page when you have 24 or more items. If you do not see the button, add more items.
Generating your cards
- 1Go to your Baby Bingo game's detail page in the dashboard.
- 2Click the Bingo Cards button (it appears below the game title when you have enough items).
- 3A dialog opens asking how many cards you would like to generate. A good rule of thumb is one card per guest, plus a few extras.
- 4Choose your format: PDF (recommended for printing) or ZIP (individual images).
- 5Click generate. You will see a progress bar while the cards are being created.
- 6The file downloads automatically when it is ready.
Generating cards can take a moment, especially if you are creating a large batch. The progress bar keeps you informed so you know it is working.
How many cards to print
Plan for the number of guests you expect, plus about five extras. Extra cards mean latecomers can still join in, and you can keep a few as keepsakes.
Printing tips
The cards are designed to look beautiful when printed. Here are a few tips for the best results:
- Paper: Standard letter-size paper works perfectly. For a nicer feel, use cardstock or heavier weight paper -- it makes the cards feel more special and easier for guests to hold.
- Color printing: The cards use warm cream and terracotta tones. Color printing brings out the design, but they work in black and white too.
- Print settings: Set your printer to "Actual size" or "100%" rather than "Fit to page." The cards are already sized correctly.
- Double check one first: Print a single card before printing the whole batch. Make sure the text is readable and the layout looks right.
Playing bingo at your shower
Hand out the printed cards and a pen or marker to each guest. Then play however feels right for your group. There are two popular approaches:
Classic caller style: The host reads bingo items one at a time. Guests mark them off as they hear them. First to complete a row, column, or diagonal wins.
Throughout-the-shower style: Hand out cards at the start and let guests mark items as they naturally happen during the party -- someone says "so cute," a diaper-themed gift appears, someone tears up. This style runs quietly in the background and adds a layer of fun to everything.
Keepsakes
Many parents find that bingo cards make a lovely memory of the shower. Some guests even write personal notes on the back of their cards. Consider setting a few blank ones aside to keep.
Tips
Pair with premade items
Biraea includes 50 premade baby shower bingo items. You can use them as-is, customize them, or mix in your own. They are designed to cover common shower moments so you do not have to think of everything from scratch.
PDF vs ZIP
Use PDF if you want to print everything at once (most common). Use ZIP if you want to send individual cards to guests digitally or if you need more flexibility with sizing.
Combine with phone play
Bingo cards are a printable, tactile experience -- but you can also run Baby Bingo through phone play mode if you prefer a fully digital approach. The two methods work independently.
